Classes with Jessica….

My classes are known for their congenial and relaxed environment. You will have an opportunity to both nurture and challenge your body. Breathing techniques, traditional yoga postures as well as more contemporary mobility and strength work are included depending on the class. Mindfulness techniques are woven throughout, to help bring present moment focus and refresh a stressed mind.

Special skills and interests I have are mindful vinyasa, gentle yoga, restorative yoga, and back health. I am experienced at working with a variety of yoga practitioners including beginners, mid-lifers, older adults looking to stay active, and people navigating particularly stressful life circumstances.
